Andrew is a senior principal in Russell Kennedy's Corporate and Commercial team, specialising in technology transactions, commercialisation of intellectual property research and development, trademark registration and enforcement, and information technology. Protecting an organisations intellectually property is vital to the success of any business and Andrew has the knowledge to do this. Andrew has over 25 years of experience, gained working at a number of well-respected firms in the United Kingdom and Australia and is admitted to practice in Victoria, New South Wales and England and Wales. Andrew was recognised in Best Lawyers 2013 - 2018 for his expertise in Commercial Law, and in 2014 - 2018 for expertise in Biotechnology Law.

  • Advising on all forms of technology transactions including commercialisation of intellectual property, licensing, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and equity subscription agreements
  • Advising government and statutory agencies in respect of technology procurement and intellectual property
