Simone was admitted to practice in 2016 and has been practising exclusively as a workplace relations lawyer since then, assisting both public and private clients with a range of employment matters. Before becoming an employment lawyer, Simone worked as a human resources professional. This experience compliments Simone’s legal training, and her insight helps her to provide practical advice, balancing the interaction between workplace factors and the relevant legislation. Simone has significant experience presenting and training on workplace obligations, including workshops with senior management teams. Simone also provides advice on employment obligations, award application and interpretation, contracting agreements, and restraint of trade matters, as well as drafting employment contracts and policy documentation.
