Acting for property owners (including private and public clients) in relation to sales, acquisitions, planning advice and due diligence for potential purchases and dispositions of a variety of property types, including development sites, CBD office buildings and shopping centres and including Building Energy Efficiency Certificate issues and Growth Area Infrastructure Contributions considerations
Acting for several landlord clients in relation to CBD office and commercial leases, shopping centres and industrial properties with particular experience in relation to Victorian retail leases
Acting for developers in relation to leasing matters in several mixed use developments
