Mark Burrows joined the Property & Development team after undertaking his supervised workplace training at Russell Kennedy and being admitted to practise in 2016. Mark has previously worked as a surveyor and brings this practical, hands-on experience to his legal role.


  • Advising on duty and tax implications of property transactions.
  • Commercial and retail leasing for both landlords and tenants.
  • Experience with complex conveyancing, including transfers of sublease under Crown alpine leases.
  • Advising landlords and tenants of their rights and obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act.
  • General property law advice, acting for private companies, developers and individuals in a broad range of property-related transactions.
