Marcus’ areas of practice include planning, environment, building, public health law, local laws/domestic animals and water law. He provides advice to local councils, government departments, water businesses and private clients and acts for clients in compliance and enforcement matters under a range of legislation. In addition to his legal qualifications, Marcus has an undergraduate Arts Degree (Honours) majoring in Geography and Environmental Science.
