Dealings with encumbrances registered on title including warrants, caveats, notices of action, second mortgages (and priority agreements), all dealings with the Land Registry regarding such encumbrances, advice to client regarding encumbrances
Sales of owner built properties including advice regarding the Building Act, dealing with builders warranty insurance, applications for insurance
