Can you manage a crisis? Can your organisation cope with a crisis? What will you do to help your employees? How will you manage your stakeholders? Can you meet your legal obligations?
Organisations often receive negative publicity and scrutiny from investors, government, customers and regulators leading to financial losses as a result of a crisis and the way it is handled.
The Royal Commission into Aged Care will provoke further negative publicity. Executives today need to lead and manage their organisation through a time of greater uncertainty and increased scrutiny.
Join Russell Kennedy Lawyers to hear from a hand-picked panel of experts ready to share their knowledge and personal experiences.
