Aged care providers need to be certain more than ever that they and their staff understand the Resident Agreements.
The Aged Care reforms being introduced on 1 July 2014 expose providers to greater uncertainty if they have not effectively negotiated their agreements. We are already seeing an increase in bad debts in both residential and home care. Bad debts will not be the only issue facing providers after 1 July.
How will you complete your resident agreements when you have minimal or little information?
How will you train your staff to deal with the commercial decisions to be made prior to entry?
This session will address these and other issues regarding the new resident agreements post 1 July 2014.
