Phil will reflect on the journey that his organisation has taken as it has embraced the agile method and talk about the challenges they have faced along with the benefits they have achieved.
is a Senior Associate with Russell Kennedy and has 10 years of experience acting for and advising both public and private sector clients in a wide variety of information technology matters, including procurement and supply of software using agile methodology.
