Russell Kennedy Lawyers has appointed Kyle Gillan as Special Counsel, specialising in front end construction.
Kyle is a projects and construction lawyer, with a fantastic reputation amongst his clients. He has over 10 years’ experience and joins the firm from MinterEllison.
Kyle has acted on major projects in Australia and Asia and brings to the firm a deep understanding of the building and construction industry.
He is experienced in infrastructure projects across a range of sectors including, government (both State and Commonwealth) transport (roads, rail and airports) utilities and renewable energy, precinct and campus developments and the defence and security sectors.
Kyle is joining Russell Kennedy’s building and construction team, which prides itself on its industry knowledge, commercial approach and ability to tailor legal solutions to meet client’s objectives. The team offers advice and services across the full project life cycle of building and construction projects.
