Join Russell Kennedy Lawyers, Richard Simpson, Immediate Past President of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, and Richard Riordan MP, for a lunch seminar discussing booming regional Victoria.
Victoria is Australia's fastest growing state, with growth rates larger than NSW, SA, TAS, NT and ACT combined. Our speakers will give an insight into the scale of current and future opportunities and what these could mean for your organisations.
Richard Simpson will provide an in-depth analysis of current and projected real estate trends in major regional growth towns throughout Victoria.
Richard Riordan MP will give an overview of recent substantial private sector investment in Geelong, Colac and surrounding districts, the resulting huge demand for employees, and existing pent-up demand for housing, infrastructure, and planning scheme improvements.
Paul Somers will identify key risks and opportunities which all businesses, investors and organisations involved in the growth of Regional Victoria need to be aware of to capitalise on this once-in-a-generation shift. He will preview emerging trends and relevant legislative changes scheduled for 2019.
