The firm has recently hired Kyle Gillan from MinterEllison to lead its front end offering, followed by Jos Mulcahy & Catherine Duong from Ashurst to provide a specialist construction disputes capability for their clients.
Michael advises clients on both front end contractual work and construction disputes work as well as in property and finance. He joins Russell Kennedy from the construction, projects and infrastructure team at Jackson McDonald in Perth, Western Australia.
He has previously acted for clients that have included Australian and multi-national corporates, local governments, NGOs, architects and a university.
Michael’s education complements his practical experience, he holds degrees in Law and Commerce, and has also studied Engineering and Arts.
