Before joining SV, David held the position of Executive Officer with North East Victorian Regional Waste Management Group. In the role David developed a practical understanding of local and regional government planning and infrastructure challenges. MRA Consulting consults in recycling, waste and carbon they provide services to large and small business and all levels of government.
