We invite you to join us in championing change for gender equality at the launch of the Russell Kennedy Male Champions of Change (MCC) initiative.
The theme of the evening is ‘Promoting the Pipeline’ for future female leaders.
We invite males to bring along a female colleague or mentee who you wish to connect, develop and empower.
We invite females to bring along a male colleague or mentor who has supported or promoted you to connect, develop and be empowered.
We will discuss how our male champions work with our female champions on specific gender equality pledges tailored to their work area, seniority and external engagement. You will gain valuable insights and practical advice
to assist you to champion change in your own workplace. There will be an opportunity to network with a diverse range of guests about their experiences in promoting gender equality.
Your hosts for the evening are the Co-Chairs of the Russell Kennedy MCC Working Group, RKWN Convenor Marika Hubble-Marriott and RKWN Committee Member Matthew Beazley. Members of the Russell Kennedy MCC Working Group will be in attendance.
